Premier Cosmetic Solutions was founded in 1995 under the name Permanently Perfect by Tammy Bratcher. Now,
16 years later, Tammy has worked in numerous medical, dental, and plastic surgeons offices, as well as spas and salons across
Florida. Tammy became a registered instructor of her craft in 2003 and went on to train many accomplished permanent makeup
artists in the field today. Recognised as "Woman of the Year" with the National Association of Professional Women
in 2011, Tammy continuously strives to be the very best at her art and thoroughly enjoys helping women look and feel their
very best. Premier Cosmetic Solutions has recently expanded
to include Tammy's daughter Summer who shares her joy of the profession and has been apprenticing under her for over 5 years.
Now full trained, Summer is excited to add another generation to the business and bring her artistic flair to the art of natural
permanent makeup. Now, in September 2011, Premier Cosmetic Solutions
has added a Tampa Location. This Organic Permanent Makeup Studio is set in a bungalow style south Tampa location that resonates
with charm. Here, our team of experts will help you create your own personalized road map to guide you through to your most
beautiful you and help you keep your best face glowing for years to come. We offer the most comprehensive, natural looking
enhancements in a relaxed atmosphere, just the way you want it! Tammy offers
procedures in Tampa, Melbourne, indialantic beach, Saint Petersburg and Sarasota on a monthly basis. The new Tampa
location will serve as a home base, office and school location for Tammy's Permanent makeup classes. Summer Performs procedures in Tampa full time. She will be adding Melbourne to her monthly callendar in November
