To make an appointment at any location, you must call the location directly or you can
call Alivia at the main Tampa office 813-415-2213 for help with scheduling.
The artists do not handle appointments.
There is a $100.00 appointment deposit
that is used towards the total cost of your procedures. The deposit is non-refundable if your appointment cancelled within
twenty-four (24) hours.
Complimentary
followup appointments should be made dirrectly with the location that you received your initial application. We appologize
but retouch appointments cannot be moved to a different location.
