1. No caffeine up to four hours before your procedure.
2. No alcohol, except one glass of wine only.
3. Come in without makeup. If not possible, you can remove it before the
procedure.
4. Please bring in any
of your favorite lipstick color, eyeliner color, and blush color.
5. Have frozen peas handy, to reduce swelling if needed.
6. Purchase A and D ointment, it can be purchased at any local drug store.
7. If you a prone to allergies,
please purchase vitamin E oil.

Bring in a favorite photo or cut out of your favorite brow shape, or eyeliner. This is optional, we will draw then in from
scratch, but the picture could be helpful if you like.
9. If you are prone to cold sores procedures could cause breakouts. We advise you to be on a prescription
of zovirax. Please request prescription from your physician to take for five days prier to application to minimize breakouts.
10. Things to avoid after
application: Sun, Steam, Chlorine, Makeup, and Cleansers for five days after procedure. Also, avoid scratching, scrubbing,
tweezing, or picking at application until fully healed.
